You will work alongside an experienced manager to learn branch operations, customer service, lending practices, and leadership skills. What You’ll Do Assist customers with loan applications and payments Learn branch operations and financial services procedures Help manage daily branch activities Work with customers to resolve account issues Support branch performance goals What We’re Looking For Leadership potential Dependable and organized Customer service or leadership experience preferred What We Offer Paid training and leadership development Monthly bonuses up to $1300 Paid time off Clear path to Branch Manager Skills Required Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience training others. Prior Finance, Retail , or Sales experience. Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals . Basic Computer Proficiency High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license , reliable personal transportation , and the ability to travel between branches daily. Summary Monthly Bonus Incentives All eligible customer service representatives have the opportunity to earn up to $1300 additional monthly bonuses based on office performance. Offices should expect to earn a minimum of $500 per month in bonus incentives.
