CNC Programmer/Operator $30 - $40 per hour | Minneapolis, MN | On-Site | Permanent A bit about us: We are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Center Programmer/Machinist to join our team. This position focuses on machining precision mold components and specialty parts while working with tight tolerances and high-quality standards. Why join us? $30-$40 an hour depending on Experience Flexible Morning Monday-Friday Schedule Room for Growth 401k Profit Sharing Excellent Benefits Job Details Program CNC turning centers using Mastercam Set up and operate CNC lathes and turning centers Perform live tooling and sub-spindle machining operations Machine mold components and precision parts Perform manual lathe work when needed Complete final fit and finish of machined components Drill, tap, and chamfer parts using drill press equipment Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, vision systems, and CMM equipment Perform in-process quality inspections Assist with mold assembly, maintenance, and repairsMaintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications 2+ years of machining experience or technical training Experience programming with Mastercam Strong CNC lathe and turning center experience Experience with live tooling and sub-spindle operations Manual lathe experience required Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings Experience holding tight tolerances Familiarity with precision measuring tools Basic computer skills including Excel and Word Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
