What You'll Be Doing As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in building industry-leading cooling systems and custom equipment. Responsibilities include: Assembling chiller units using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical components. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Installing, fitting, and securing components according to specifications. Supporting production activities including packaging, shrink wrapping, and material movement. Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work area. Cross-training in additional assembly departments and custom equipment builds. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production experience. Comfortable using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
