RN Clinical Supervisor - Home Health, Per Diem

Responsibilities Manage, supervise, and develop clinical staff to ensure high-quality, compliant, and compassionate home care. Balance leadership, clinical oversight, coordination of care, and operational support to help clients receive exceptional services. Direct and mentor clinical staff, ensuring safe, high-quality care. Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations. Participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of clinical employees. Foster a supportive, collaborative team environment focused on excellence and retention. Receive referrals, determine service needs, and assign appropriate clinicians. Perform patient admissions, supervisory visits, and reassessments. Oversee individualized care plans and ensure alignment with physician orders. Serve as a resource for clients, families, and staff, offering education and support as needed. Ensure adherence to ACHC standards and all state and federal requirements. Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia Minimum experience: 2+ years in home care 1+ year in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of home health regulations, documentation standards, and reimbursement sources Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and electronic medical records systems Willingness to learn a new EMR Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and insured vehicle per Georgia state requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
