Talent Acquisition Specialist Richardson - Hybrid (1-2 Onsite Per Week) Assignment Duration: 4 MonthsHours: 8am - 5pm | M-FWhy is this role open? Support Possible for extension? Yes Potential to convert to FTE: Possible Resource's typical working day: Sourcing and recruiting Manage a req load of 20 - 30 reqs Communicating with managers Office Admin Receptionist Corporate functions Years of Experience needed: 4+ years Level of Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, experience in lieu of degree will be considered Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office suite Certifications/Licenses: n/a Top Must have Skills: Linked in experience Indeed High volume req load experience Solid communication skills Problem solving skills Top Nice to have Skills: Solid agency experience Abature or other ATS experience Positive attitude Good conflict resolution skills Interview Process: 1 virtual interview (Teams)Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company.
