Talent Acquisition Specialist IIImmediate need for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist II. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Dallas, TX (Onsite). Job ID:26-23606 Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Manage the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring compliance with recruitment operations for both temporary and full-time positions.Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify talent needs and streamline the recruiting process.Source active and passive candidates, conduct pre-screens, and recommend candidates across various job levels, including entry-level, technical, and management roles.Collaborate with HR Business Partners to revise job descriptions and advertisements as needed.Lead recruiting strategy meetings to define candidate qualifications and characteristics.Provide support throughout the interview and hiring process, ensuring candidates are updated on their status.Maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay informed on current and future hiring needs.Ensure compliance with OFCCP Affirmative Action regulations and maintain accurate recordkeeping.Prepare weekly recruiting status reports for management.Participate in networking sessions and job fairs to enhance the company's recruitment efforts.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Experience with SAP HCM, specifically in SuccessFactors Recruiting.Knowledge of EEO and affirmative action laws and OFCCP Federal Contractor requirements.5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven ability to lead recruiting activities successfully and within compliance.Strong creativity in sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill positions using various methods.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Software and SAP.Excellent organizational, prioritization, attention to detail, and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle confidential information and comply with relevant regulations.
