Talent Acquisition Specialist RecruitingOur client, located in Addison, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for the next six months with the possibility for contract-to-hire. This position is fully remote for the first 6 months.Keys:Extensive Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruiting experience, with a demonstrated ability to proactively identify, engage, and recruit passive talentProven ability to manage the recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through offer, while partnering closely with HR and OperationsStrong experience with competitor mapping, cold calling, networking, direct sourcing, and relationship building on a national scaleCompetitive, persistent, persuasive, and relationship-driven, with a high level of comfort engaging and recruiting candidates by phoneExperience recruiting operational leaders and sales professionals with exposure to building materials, lumber/hardware, construction supply, distribution, retail, or similar industries preferred but not requiredPaycom experience preferred
