We are seeking talent to stall both in-house and field operations: including office staff, managers and all aspects of our field teams including production crew members

RESTOPRO is actively seeking front-line technicians and Crew Chiefs who can respond to and perform restoration services, ensuring customer needs are met.

Crewmenbers normally work full-time (often from untrained skills) from $20–$25/hr to $25-40 hr plus bonuses and overtime pay

Key Responsibilities & Roles

• Production Crew Chief: Coordinates, controls, and performs restoration work, acting as a lead contact for customers. They often manage jobs, ensure safety protocols, and document findings.
• Production Technician: Executes the physical restoration process, including all aspects of site requirements and could operate specialized equipment.
• Key Responsibilities: Restoration and Remodeling projects include customer service

Requirements and Training

• Skills: Polite and well mannered, Physical stamina, ability to lift objects, and strong communication skills.
• Training: Employees undergo comprehensive training annd will recieve certificates of skills and often obtain IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT).
