Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, checking references, and referring applicants for various open positions across Check Point's business units in the U.S., Canada, and Latin American markets. Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies utilizing external websites. Identifying and attracting talented employees. Interviewing and pre-qualifying job candidates for referral to hiring managers. Ensuring that all employment efforts comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements as well as with the company's policies and procedures. Developing and maintaining recruiting activity reports through our Applicant Tracking System, Smart Recruiters. Qualifications: Qualifications 5-8 years recruiting/talent acquisition experience, prefer IT/Cyber Security recruiting experience. Experience with Cyber Security GTM recruiting preferred. Experience with high call volume, sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and excellent communication skills. High energy, highly motivated, and self-directed in face-paced, dynamic environment Ability to successfully partner with global team members to help ensure the success of a variety of recruiting programs. Excellent attention to detail, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and work well in a dynamic, team environment with competing demands. Able to manage multiple work streams and priorities simultaneously. Excellent software skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Copilot, etc. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
