Talent Acquisition Specialist

My client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team through all aspects of the interview and hiring process. This individual will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external search firms to help ensure a smooth and organized candidate experience. Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders Managing communication with candidates and external recruiting partners throughout the hiring process Tracking candidate activity and maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system Assisting with interview feedback collection and hiring process coordination Supporting recruiting operations and helping improve internal processes where needed Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team with strong growth potential and a competitive compensation and benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
