If you’re dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission-driven organization — we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule. Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator. Supervision of assigned direct care staff. Qualifications/Physical Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment. Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity. Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related Human Service Field. One year minimum residential experience. Shift: Full-time, 40 hrs.
