Responsibilities Prepare and handcraft a diverse selection of kosher pizzas using fresh, kosher-certified ingredients. Adhere to kosher dietary laws and guidelines throughout the pizza-making process. Ensure consistent pizza quality and taste, while meeting customer expectations and dietary requirements. Oversee pizza dough preparation, ensuring its compliance with kosher standards. Manage and organize the pizza station efficiently during peak hours. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain inventory, order kosher pizza supplies, and manage stock levels. Ensure cleanliness and adherence to kosher food preparation practices in the pizza preparation area. Train and guide kitchen staff on kosher pizza preparation techniques and adherence to kosher guidelines. Requirements Proven experience as a Pizza Maker with a specialization in kosher cuisine in a reputable restaurant or kosher establishment. Extensive knowledge of kosher dietary laws and their application to pizza-making. Skillful in hand-tossing and shaping pizza dough to perfection. Creative mindset to develop unique kosher pizza combinations and toppings. Familiarity with kosher certification and the ability to source and identify kosher ingredients. Strong organizational skills to manage pizza stations efficiently and maintain inventory. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest kosher food preparation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently handle multiple pizza orders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team Preferred Qualifications Formal culinary training and certification from a recognized institution.
