Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem Opportunity

Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, a leading healthcare provider in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will be utilized to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide education to patients and their families. You will also work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with communication and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals

• Provide speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Conduct swallowing evaluations and provide recommendations for dietary management

• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field

• Current certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

• Arizona licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills
