Job Requirements and Responsibilities To be considered, applicants must have the following qualifications: REQUIRED: Bilingual Read, Write & Speak Spanish & English Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone. Must know how to multi-task, be extremely organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in calendaring events, filing documents with the court (including ECF filing), drafting, and managing physical and electronic records. Accuracy, attention to detail and understanding written and oral instructions is a must. Responsible for keeping a record of appearances in court, and for scheduling meetings. Perform data entry and general administrative tasks, such as scanning and filing of documents. Correspond with clients, lenders and creditors. Ability to understand the needs of the clientele. Maintain poise, presence and professionalism with clients in the most difficult circumstances. MUST BE Software proficient (e.g., Best Case, I Got Notices, Word, Excel, Adobe). Must have excellent writing skills and be comfortable writing clear and concise emails and correspondence with strong attention to detail on grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, etc. Must have a working knowledge of Chapter 7 and 13 to be able to act independently in making recommendations to clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
