Competitive hourly pay Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits (available after 30 days) Paid time off (after 30 days) Friendly and inclusive work environment Key Responsibilities: Assist the Activity Director in implementing engaging activities, including arts and crafts, music, games, and educational programs. Provide hands-on personal care (ADL assistance) to members, including feeding, toileting, and dressing as needed Foster a positive and interactive environment by engaging with members. Set up and clean activity areas to ensure a safe and organized space. Redirect behaviors as needed to promote a supportive atmosphere. Monitor and document any changes in client behavior or health, reporting to the RN Administrator. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
