About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its organization through a pivotal phase of growth and renewal. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and annual planning, aligning artistic and organizational priorities, and overseeing all functions, including leadership of a small staff and close collaboration with the Board of Directors.
