About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead it through a pivotal phase of transition and renewal. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and pursuing the organization's next chapter, with a focus on audience development, contributed-revenue growth, and long-term financial sustainability. The Executive Director will work closely with the Artistic Director and the Board of Directors to ensure the company's proud history is built upon while also exploring new ways to engage with audiences and deepen community presence.
