About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Executive Director (AED) to join their team. The AED will play a pivotal role in the strategic and hands-on leadership development of the community, with a focus on day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of compassion and resident-centered care. This position is ideal for a high-potential leader who is ready to support the Executive Director in all aspects of community management and is committed to the values of the organization. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, as well as leading the onboarding of new department directors. The AED will also be involved in financial management, strategic planning, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and team members. Candidates for the AED role at the company must be at least 21 years of age and possess the necessary state and federal administrator's and other licenses/certifications in good standing. A background in healthcare management, particularly in providing residential care to the elderly, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in a variety of situations. Experience in financial management, sales, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence are also required. The role demands a professional who can lead with a spirit of teamwork, open communication, and is dedicated to the mission of the organization.
