Business Systems Analyst / SharePoint Design

Job Description Posted: 5/6/2026 Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid – 1‑2 onsite days per week) Job Type: W-2 (Consultant – 2+ year contract with high probability of long‑term employment) Hourly Rate: $70.00 – $74.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Analyze current‑state processes and system integrations; develop, test, and support SharePoint solutions; provide end‑user support and governance oversight; assist with large transformational initiatives and desk‑level improvements; collaborate with Transmission Engineering and Technical Services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a directly related discipline (preferred) 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 10 years with an Associate's degree; 12 years without a Bachelor's degree (minimum) Power‑user to expert level knowledge of SharePoint on‑premises architecture and site‑management best practices Experience developing and managing SharePoint content types and taxonomy to improve document management and search functionality Advanced knowledge of Visio or other flow‑chart tools Intermediate to advanced knowledge of user interfaces and optimal user‑experience practices Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Office Applications, including Power Query Valid U.S. driver’s license or RealID Ability to analyze and identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and duplicates within complex datasets Preferred Skills Project management or coordination experience Familiarity with accessible design or ADA guidelines Clear and concise technical communication for diverse audiences Experience with Nintex Forms, workflows, or similar workflow‑design tools Energy/utility industry experience Benefits Co‑paid medical, dental, and vision insurance; cafeteria plan; paid sick leave; 401(k) plan; credit‑union membership; referral bonus.
