Territory Manager - Medical Devices

Revolutionary Medical Technologies Sales Representative
This position is crucial for driving growth and expanding customer relationships within the healthcare sector. You will lead commercial initiatives, introduce cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build new relationships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems.
- Develop new accounts and expand utilization within existing customers.
- Execute strategic business plans to exceed sales objectives.
- Drive adoption of technologies through clinical expertise and consultative selling.
- Partner with healthcare teams to improve procedural outcomes.
- Lead product launches and commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership.
- Analyze market opportunities and customer needs for growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Represent the business with integrity, professionalism, and commitment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Success in medical device sales or complex consultative sales environments.
- Experience with capital equipment, disposable technologies, or clinically sophisticated products.
- Strong business acumen and territory planning skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business productivity tools.
- Ability to travel approximately 4050% within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license.
- Completion of all required company compliance, product, and clinical training programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, Oncology, Vascular, Cardiology, or Surgical specialties.
