Equipment Operator

[About the Role] Join our team in Shreveport, LA as an Equipment Operator. In this field-based, onshore position, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Production Service Delivery (PSD) to our valued customers. This is a hands-on opportunity to build your technical expertise, contribute to a high-performing crew, and grow your career within a supportive and safety-focused work environment. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and competency. [Responsibilities]

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all job deliverables
  • Participate actively in pre-job and Toolbox safety meetings
  • Maintain equipment in safe working order; promptly report any issues or deviations
  • Prepare and operate heavy equipment for rig up and rig down activities
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain up-to-date safety training
  • Support field and maintenance teams in equipment preparation and troubleshooting
  • Identify and communicate potential improvements to service delivery

  • Experience operating heavy equipment in a field environment
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to HSE policies
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

  • Previous oilfield or onshore field experience
  • Familiarity with PSD operations
  • Additional safety certifications
