They are responsible to prepare meals from scratch following exact recipes and specifications using a variety of cooking methods while following all food safety guidelines and procedures. They are responsible for filling customer orders to 100% through proper measurements, portion control, product labeling and staging methods. They are responsible for representing CFS in a positive manner while ensuring that CFS customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.What you'll bringMust have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid WA state Food handler's card.At least 2 years' experience in food service account management or restaurant management.At least 6 months experience as a delivery driver (any type) and have some knowledge of the area of service.Ability to comprehend local maps and directionsHands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.Experience in developing positive relationships and handling customers' needs.Must be able to communicate clearly in English.Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.Must possess a valid driver license and qualify as a PHS Approved Driver.Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.Must be able to effectively multi-taskMust have excellent time management skillsMinimum 1-year high volume commercial cookingMust be able to accurately follow and scale recipesMust have excellent knife skillsMust understand food service terminologyMust have a valid WA state Food Handler's Permit.Must be able to read and write English.Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.Preferably you'll bringSome experience working in a commercial kitchen environmentCulinary school experience preferredPioneer human services is an equal opportunity employer of minorities/women/individuals with disabilities/protected veterans and does not unlawfully discriminate under federal, state, or local laws.
