What You’ll Be Doing (And Learning on the Way) Convert completed CAD renderings into machine-ready files (G-code) so our shop floor runs like a dream. Save and organize your programs into machine-specific folders so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Double-check CAD accuracy against real-world field drawings and order pecs—your eyes catch what others miss. Work with high-volume workflows without getting overwhelmed—this is where your attention to detail shines. Cross-train and level up your skills—no getting boxed into one role here. What are we looking for: (Don’t worry—we’ll teach you the rest) High school diploma or technical school coursework in AutoCAD (even just one semester helps). Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Strong follow-through—you finish what you start. Time management skills—you can prioritize, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently but not afraid to ask questions. Curiosity to learn and the drive to improve—not just do the bare minimum. Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment where details matter.
