We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Fabrication Associate to join our team and support our fabrication and production operations. What You'll Do Fabricate, assemble, and repair industrial products and components. Operate fabrication equipment, machinery, and hand tools. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. Pick, stage, organize, and prepare customer orders. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Support team operations and assist with a variety of fabrication tasks. What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to accurately interpret measurements. Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
