Blending Technician - Direct Hire Location: Hunt Valley, MD Pay Rate: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Shifts Available: 1st Shift + 2nd Shift + 3rd Shift Put in the Work, Reap the Rewards: Blending Technicians Wanted. High school diploma or GED 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience Able to lift 60 lbs. on occasion Steel-toe shoes + PPE Basic computer and data entry skills Strong math skills and the ability to perform calculations Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules Must be able to wear PAPR/respirator equipment Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with SAP, Infinity, or similar systems preferred Key Responsibilities Set up, start, and monitor automatic blending and packaging equipment Load raw materials and packaging components continuously throughout production Perform product changeovers, package size adjustments, and minor equipment repairs Pack finished goods and monitor critical timing and machine performance Track production output, downtime, and machine adjustments accurately Calculate batch sizes and material usage Operate a forklift to replenish production lines safely Assist with preventative maintenance alongside the maintenance team Complete required paperwork and documentation to ensure quality and compliance Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify process enhancements Promote a strong safety culture and complete safety/quality inspections Why This Job?
