Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core zero-to-one initiatives in fintech and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and deliver critical milestones for rapid growth.
- Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives and collaborate with engineering, research, commercial, and founder teams.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
