Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care (LTC)This position requires full-time availability with variable shifts in the Day/Evening schedule. Every other weekend and holidays are required.The RN will provide skilled nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. This includes ensuring the delivery of age-appropriate care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet each patient's unique needs.Responsibilities:Collect and assess data pertinent to the resident's physical and psychosocial condition.Develop, implement, and revise resident care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.Ensure safety and satisfaction within the care environment and actively communicate with residents and families.Maintain current knowledge and clinical expertise through continuous education.Provide leadership within the nursing practice setting and participate in the mentoring of new staff.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Active NY RN LicensureBLS certification (AHA or RQI)Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care facilityThis is a 13-week contract position.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
