Capital Vacations is hiring Experienced In-House Timeshare Sales Representatives to join our Cocoa Beach sales team.
If youre a proven timeshare or vacation ownership sales professional with an active Florida Real Estate License this opportunity offers existing-owner presentations an attainable commission structure and significant earning potential with one of the fastest-growing companies in vacation ownership.

Our Cocoa Beach compensation plan is designed to reward experienced sales professionals without requiring excessive monthly volume to reach top commission percentages.

Top commission hurdle under $200000 in monthly volume

Requirements
Active Florida Real Estate License Required
Previous Vacation Ownership or Timeshare In-House Sales experience Required
Proven success in a commission-based sales environment
Strong closing and presentation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Competitive self-motivated and goal-oriented
Professional customer-focused approach
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Position Overview
As an In-House Timeshare Sales Representative youll work directly with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand their vacation goals and present personalized ownership solutions.
Youll build relationships overcome objections confidently close sales and help owners maximize the value of their vacation ownership while achieving your own sales and income goals.
Were looking for experienced In-House closers who understand the vacation ownership industry and are ready to perform at a high level.
