Part-Time Lead Service Valet

Job Overview We are hiring a Lead Service Valet to support high‑quality trash collection at apartment communities. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is a key step toward becoming an Area Leader. The Lead Service Valet leads the team, manages service routes, and addresses field issues while continuously improving service levels. Key Responsibilities Cover Area Leader duties during absences and manage assigned service areas. Train, onboard, and support Service Valets. Conduct audits to assess service quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Fill in on trash‑collection routes when needed. Respond to service issues quickly and escalates complex problems. Identify trends, prevent recurring issues, and recommend process improvements. Provide support across multiple districts as business needs change. Assist with container delivery, new client launches, and community events. Maintain positive relationships with peers, leadership, and client contacts. Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and personnel concerns. Required Qualifications Minimum 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S. Smartphone with data plan (biweekly stipend provided) and valid driver’s license and insurance. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills. Customer‑first mindset and the drive to grow into a management role. Experience in logistics, valet trash, or field services preferred. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts. Ability to work independently and adapt to fast‑changing environments. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $21 per hour.
