Talent Acquisition Recruiter Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $ 34.00 / hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Job Details:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions including warehouse associates, processors, forklift operators, customer service representatives, and call center employees
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified talent
• Coordinate and fill new hire classes by scheduling interviews, extending offers, and ensuring onboarding requirements are completed on time
• Partner closely with Operations and Customer Service leadership to identify staffing needs and prioritize critical openings
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate with staffing agencies, workforce development programs, job fairs, and community partners to generate candidate flow
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and efficient hiring processes

Talent Acquisition Recruiter Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment such as staffing, light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, customer service, or call center recruiting
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring goals and deadlines
• Experience conducting phone screens, interviews, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations
• Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
