In-Home Sales Representative

Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to connect with homeowners and generate new business opportunities. This role focuses on educating customers, leading in-home consultations, designing solutions, and driving revenue growth by promoting our full range of home improvement services. In this position you will also serve as an In‑Home Sales Representative , meeting with pre‑qualified homeowners and helping them design bath solutions that match their vision. What You’ll Do Conduct in‑home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad‑based system Design customized bath solutions using our software tools Educate homeowners on remodeling options and service benefits Provide pricing and close sales during appointments Build rapport and guide customers through the design process Participate in weekly training sessions to improve performance What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with excellent time management abilities Confident presenter with a strong closing ability Self‑motivated, disciplined, and goal‑oriented Thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Reliable transportation and local residency required Preferred Qualifications Previous in‑home or outside sales experience Background in home improvement or remodeling (a plus) Compensation & Structure Target earnings: $100,000+ annually 100% commission‑based role Uncapped earning potential Flexible scheduling Why Join Us?
