Pay Rate: $28.60 per hour
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, OT may be required

We need dependable people who know how to hustle. As a Skilled Assembler you'll assemble products, work with tools, and keep the crew on pace.


Skills That Make You Stand Out

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in mechanical assembly, welding, or electrical wiring
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and voltage systems preferred
• Comfortable using computers for work orders and job tracking
• Forklift and crane operation experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Good time management and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, climbing, and standing
• Full range of motion and visual acuity required

Work That Matters

• Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, schematics, and work instructions
• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components accurately and efficiently
• Perform electrical wiring, including point-to-point and harness wiring for panels and junction boxes
• Execute welding tasks (fit-up, layout, MIG/TIG as required) based on drawings and specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and jib cranes safely
• Cut, fit, and fabricate components as needed
• Assist with machine rebuilds, adjustments, and preparation for shipment
• Maintain quality standards and meet production goals
• Complete production documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
