Building Automation Systems (BAS) Control Technician

Location: Bowie, MD / Baltimore, MD / Washington DC / Alexandria, VA What you will do: Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers Maintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians Create and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects Commission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, technician tip reports, and other articles as required and in a timely manner Interact and train customers by offering status reports of service before, during, and after each call and explain technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences Participate in available training through regional technician trainers, off‑site learning modules, and Daikin Learning. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
