QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be a Colorado licensed OTA

- 1-year clinical experience preferred

- Skilled Nursing experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following:

- Reviews supervising therapists plan of cares and appropriately delivers treatment interventions in line with plan of care goals.

- Complete timely, accurate and supportive documentation in accordance with company policy and federal and state guidelines/regulations.

- Administer treatment modalities as clinically indicated to treat patient specific needs.

- Communicate effectively with supervising therapist about any acute changes in patient status to allow for assessments to be completed and plan of care adjusted as needed.

- Effectively communicate patient progress and lack of progress to supervising therapist so treatment can be adjusted to better meet patient's needs.

- Assist with management of OT caseload along with DOR and supervising therapist

- Be familiar with Colorado State Practice Act and Laws in regard to visit count, progress note guidelines and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical practice.

- Other duties may be assigned.

Compensation: $36-$40.00 per hour
