Vertigo Real Estate Ventures is a fast-growing investment firm specializing in sourcing and selling distressed real estate assets to investors across multiple markets. With offices in Denver, San Diego, South Florida and Raleigh.Our team operates in a high-performance, sales-driven environment where results are rewarded and top producers thrive.
We work directly with active real estate investors to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and close deals that generate value for buyers and sellers alike.
This role is ideal for individuals early in their sales career who are looking to build expertise in real estate investment sales while operating in a competitive, fast paced and innovative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with active real estate investors and buyers
- Conduct property walkthroughs and present investment opportunities to prospective buyers
- Manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Negotiate and facilitate investment property transactions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution
- Consistently prospect to expand your network of qualified investors
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of sales experience, business development, or client-facing experience preferred
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to perform in a results-driven environment
- Powerful communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close business
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and accountability

Compensation:
