Sr. Sales Development Manager - Semiconductor

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an experienced sales development leader to drive growth in the semiconductor sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and managing complex sales cycles while leveraging a comprehensive product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with market opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with strategic semiconductor customers
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
- Analyze market trends and position solutions to address customer needs
- Maintain detailed records and pipeline management in CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of B2B sales experience in semiconductor or related industries
- Strong understanding of advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with executive-level engagement ability
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in complex deal structuring and strategic account management
- Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events
