[Responsibilities]

- Maintain and troubleshoot RF scanning guns, including battery replacement
- Assemble and bag kits with vials, caps, septa, and other materials per work order
- Inspect products throughout assembly and packaging processes
- Accurately record production data and report equipment issues to supervisor
- Assemble boxes and pack products efficiently and securely
- Support production teams with problem resolution
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficiency with RF scanning equipment
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, kneeling, and reaching
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

[Preferred Skills]

- Previous kit assembly or packaging experience
- Familiarity with production data recording systems
