Job Description:

Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst / Systems Analyst to support enterprise ServiceNow platform initiatives, integrations, optimization efforts, quality assurance activities, and platform maturity programs. The consultant will function as a hybrid Business Analyst and QA professional supporting ITSM, ITOM, SPM, Employee Center, MID Server, cloud technologies, and ServiceNow ecosystem enhancements. Requirements based on the supplied position details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders.

• Document business, operational, financial, and technical requirements.

• Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, specifications, and workflow diagrams.

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions.

• Analyze current systems and recommend ROI and process improvements.

• Perform cost-benefit and solution analysis.

• Support ServiceNow platform optimization and maturity initiatives.

• Coordinate QA testing, UAT, release readiness, and deployment validation.

• Support ServiceNow integrations and data exchange processes.

• Collaborate with developers, administrators, architects, vendors, and business users.

• Develop training materials and support end-user adoption.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

• Support SaaS lifecycle management, upgrades, patches, and vulnerability remediation.
