Responsibilities Own the entire life‑cycle recruiting process for high‑volume manufacturing and supply‑chain roles. Develop and execute recruitment strategies with hiring leaders, including demand planning and expectation setting. Proactively source and attract passive candidates through referrals, social media, networking and niche resources. Conduct phone screens, assess candidates, provide recommendations, and facilitate interview feedback sessions. Build and maintain talent communities and pipeline to support organizational growth. Partner with HR and Compensation to manage offer formulation, negotiation and new‑hire onboarding. Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and keep warm candidate strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience for high‑volume manufacturing and/or supply‑chain positions. Strong sourcing and networking skills with creative candidate attraction tactics. Proficiency in candidate assessment, in‑person/virtual interviewing and evaluating fit. Experience with Workday is strongly preferred. Ability to collaborate, influence and lead change with leaders and partners. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and problem solving. Travel up to 25% required. Compensation Annual base salary range: $56,300.00 – $101,394.99 (salary type: salary, incentive eligible: no, sales commission eligible: no).
