Agile Program Manager

TEKsystems is currently interviewing candidates for one of it's premier enterprise customers. This position is slated to be contract-to-hire with decent performance. This Sr. Program Manager will plan, execute, and oversee multiple, concurrent project efforts aligned to an array of business programs. Top skills for consideration:Fortune 500/Banking Enterprise/Agile Program and Portfolio ManagementTenure supporting Release Trains - multiple concurrent projects Extensive, daily usage/SME with Jira, JQL, Jira AlignProven history of engaging with and managing key stakeholders Financial Services/Banking/Wealth Management tenure Running/overseeing Middleware upgrades and migrations a huge plusAny Tibco, MuleSoft, DataPower, Kong, etc. idealThis individual will be conducting the following on a day-to-day basis:Size and report on budget and resource allocation to ensure forecasting of project spend is consistently reportedCommunicate delivery planning with team/stakeholdersCreate detailed project plans, manage project dependencies and critical path, create and report on milestones delivery via internal communications and Jira Via project sizing and stakeholder engagement, create budgets, generate progress reports, proposals, and estimatesPresent program progress to executives and key stakeholdersJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
