Organizational Effectiveness Program Manager

Spectrum seeks a skilled HR Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on performance management and employee surveys. This role shapes how the company measures, enhances and supports employee performance and engagement, directly influencing business outcomes.How You’ll Make an Impact   Support the planning, coordination, benchmarking and administration of HR programs across all business units, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and change requests. Particilar focus will be in two areas:Performance ManagementSupport the performance management team and process (goals, mid-year and annual reviews) including system design, training materials, resources, HR support, reporting and analyticsFollow established program management standards and maintain project documentation, status reports, and decision logsHost project meetings and facilitate HR training sessionsCreate and analyze reports, dashaboards and data throughout the performance cycleCollobarte with stakeholders and share knowledge about HR programsPartner with HRT to support system testing, implementation, and optimization for performance management processesEmployee SurveysSupport all company-wide employee survey programs (recruiting experience, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit surveys) including survey approach, design, management, trends, mailbox management, data analysis, and enhancementsHost project team meetings, identify appropriate tools, and leverage internal and external resources to ensure timely completion of projectsPartner to develop survey program materials including project updates, meeting and training decks, communications, user documentation, and results presentationsCollaborate with project team to facilitate HR and Leader training sessionsPartner with HRT to support system access for users and audit reportsSupport vendor partnership, contracts, and financials for survey programWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum   Required Qualifications   Education  Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience   1+ years of HR-related experience1+ years of project management experienceSkills   Experience supporting or managing HR programs and initiatives across multiple stakeholdersWorking knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, HR operations and HRIS platformsFamiliarity with program management methodologies, change management principles and governance practicesStrong analytical skills with experience tracking program metrics, reviewing HR data and supporting compliance-related requirementsPreferred QualificationsSkillsWorking knowledge of Oracle and Medallia platforms#LI-VB1 KGN342 2026-81100 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
