Summary Of Position:

Penn State Health is seeking a seasoned Occupational or Physical Therapist to lead our Neuro/Pediatrics Service Line at our East Campus located at 30 Hope Drive in Hershey, PA. You will work closely with the Therapy Supervisor of Orthopedics and the Practice Site Manager to ensure safe, efficient and quality care is provided to our patients and provide leadership and mentoring to a dynamic and diverse staff of Occupational and Physical Therapists with expertise in neurologic, vestibular, and pediatric care among others. This is a frontline leadership position with the expectation to continue clinical care as part of this role. Being a member of an academic medical center there is ample opportunity to collaborate across disciplines as you feel a strong focus on education and training. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' clinical experience and previous experience leading small teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist by the state of employment required.
• Three (3) years of therapy experience.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree and previous leadership experience preferred.
