Systems Analyst

Job TitleHighly experienced and motivated individual who specializes in Informatica Cloud Services (IICS).Job DescriptionUnderstands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.Candidate Skills and QualificationsMinimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.8 - Required - Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Informatica IICS/snowflake solutions.8 - Required - E2E implementation experience involving phases from design, realization, testing, to go-live8 - Required - Deep understanding of Informatica data modeling, workflow, and integration capabilities and technologies, APIs, web services, and Informatica ETL tools.8 - Required - Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.8 - Required - Expertise in Azure Cloud and Snowflake Cloud Datawarehouse8 - Required - Strong knowledge in SQL Queries and Query optimization8 - Required - Ability to interact at a technical and non-technical level with Infrastructure, Network, Development, BA and QA8 - Required - Development experience in high transaction/high availability systems.8 - Required - Experience with analyzing and recommending solutions for Production issues short-term and long term.8 - Required - Must have informatica PowerCenter/IICS development experience.8 - Required - Knowledge and experience of managing reference data systems8 - Required - Provide technical mentorship to junior ETL developers; establish coding standards, templates, and best practices.8 - Required - Experience in Python with data science libraries8 - Required - Experience in SQL programming and writing stored procedures, functions, views, SQL queries8 - Required - Experience working with HIPAA regulations and handling protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII).8 - Required - Strong organizational and time management skills.8 - Preferred - Data warehouse development experience8 - Preferred - Experience with Snowflake4 - Preferred - Experience in designing, optimizing, documenting, and implementing the operational aspects that support the Snowflake cloud data platform, including cost monitoring, optimizations, and user security auditing.4 - Preferred - Experience in implementing and supporting automation for managing Snowflake accounts, databases, and access roles.4 - Preferred - Experience and understanding in proposing and implementing database and Snowflake query performance optimizations.4 - Preferred - Experience with Git hub integration with snowflake and load data.***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor.
