• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.

• Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with children, families, and healthcare colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
