Pediatrician - Kansas City, Missouri Job#16822982 Join a community-focused outpatient healthcare practice located in western Missouri that is dedicated to delivering comprehensive care for children and adolescents in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This position involves providing preventive care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic pediatric conditions, partnering with families to support healthy development, and working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, all while enjoying a competitive compensation package.
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics.
- Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.
- Experience providing comprehensive pediatric care, including wellness visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with children, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
