AMN Healthcare invites you to join Children's Mercy in Kansas City as a Pediatric Urgent & Express Care Physician. With a shift-based model, minimal weekend commitments, and no call responsibilities, you'll enjoy true work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on children's health. Our expanding division offers stability, growth, and access to more than 50 pediatric subspecialists. Opportunity Highlights
- Flexible shift-based schedule: 33.5 shifts/week, 11-hour shifts
- Minimal weekend and holiday commitments
- No call responsibilitiesclean handoffs and efficient workflows
- Competitive compensation aligned with AAAP benchmarks
- CME allowance of $5K and two weeks CME time
- 30+ days PTO, increasing with tenure
