We are a well-established, federally qualified health center dedicated to providing comprehensive care throughout Missouri and Kansas. This position allows you to create a significant impact while working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting that prioritizes efficiency and physician satisfaction.

In this role, you will be part of a patient-centered medical home that integrates behavioral health, dental, and specialty services. With a manageable patient load and allocated administrative time, you can concentrate on delivering exceptional care while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

• Full-time pediatric position with a structured 5-day, 40-hour workweek
• Manageable daily patient volume of 16–20, with built-in scheduling buffers
• Support from a 2:1 clinical support staff model (including medical assistants and nursing support)
• Work in an integrated care environment that includes behavioral health and dental services
• Opportunity to assist diverse and underserved patient populations
