We are excited to collaborate with a healthcare system in Kansas City to find a Pediatric Urgent & Express Care Physician. This position offers the chance to deliver exceptional, family-oriented care in a cooperative and innovative setting that prioritizes efficiency and patient satisfaction. The shift-based schedule ensures predictable hours, limited weekend duties, and no on-call obligations, promoting a healthy work-life balance. • Flexible shift schedule: 3-3.5 shifts per week, each lasting 11 hours
• Minimal weekend and holiday responsibilities
• No on-call duties with efficient handoff processes
• Attractive compensation in line with AAAP standards
• Relocation support up to $15,000
• CME allowance of $5,000 along with two weeks dedicated to CME activities
• Over 30 days of paid time off, increasing with tenure

• Utilization of EPIC EMR with standardized clinical pathways
