Job Title: Business Manager
Experience: 11 to 13 years
1. Experienced BA with 5+ years having worked on Mortgage Origination projects
2. Experience of working in Agile environment as a BA
3. Good Analytical skills Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in operational app development projects, with expertise in utilizing tools like JIRA for project management.
2. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
3. Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project deadlines.
6. 5+ years of working on Mortgage Loan Origination projects Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for app development projects.
2. Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA.
3. Work closely with Product Managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
4. Conduct thorough analysis of user feedback and data to drive product improvement and feature prioritization.
5. Provide ongoing support to the development team by clarifying requirements and providing guidance on user stories.
