Help Desk Analyst

Job Summary
Seeking an entry-level Help Desk Analyst to join the Finance department, providing frontline technical support and issue resolution for a 6-month contract with potential conversion to a merit position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end users
- Log, track, and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams
- Assist with hardware, software, and system access issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
- Support onboarding/offboarding and routine IT service requests
Required Skills & Certifications
- High School (minimum education)
- Entry-level experience
- Must pass Standard Background Check and Drug Screen
- Must complete E-Verify and Temporary Worker Agreement confirmation
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Confirmation required on eligibility for conversion to Merit
Preferred Skills
- Basic familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Onsite
- Hours: 40/week
- Interview: Video first, then in-person for finalists
