As a Maintenance Leader, you’ll oversee maintenance operations while driving equipment reliability, improving plant performance, and developing a proactive maintenance culture. Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Supervisors & Managers: Lead, coach, and develop your maintenance team Direct Preventative & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment skills Manage maintenance projects, budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital improvements Utilize CMMS systems to schedule and monitor maintenance activities Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to improve plant performance Maintain compliance with all safety, GMP, sanitation, and regulatory requirements Support facility utilities and building systems as required What you bring to the job: At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing At least 2 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Experience in food manufacturing is preferred, but other high-speed manufacturing industries will be considered Strong electrical, mechanical, PLC troubleshooting skills Knowledge of high-speed manufacturing equipment Experience with 480V electrical systems, conveyors, pumps, compressors, fillers, packaging equipment, refrigeration, utilities, or wastewater systems is a plus Experience with Preventative, Predictive, & CMMS Maintenance programs BIG pluses that will get you noticed!
